Gladman Developments WITHDRAWS appeal against refusal of permission to build east of Fleckney Road, Saddington
Gladman Developments have withdrawn their appeal against Harborough District Council's decision to refuse planning permission for a development on land east of Fleckney Road in the parish of Saddington.
The developer sought permission to build 130 new homes on land between Fleckney, Kibworth and Saddington. The application was refused by Harborough District Council stating that it was contrary to Core Strategy policies because it would harm the instrinsic beauty of the countryside and erode the separation area between Saddington and Fleckney.
The developer submitted an appeal to the Planning Inspectorate with supporting documents, but has now withdrawn.
